The ship level in the image is the "sea level" or 0 (zero)

If you remove one anchor, the ship will move up one unit, to 1 ft above sea level

If you remove other anchor, the ship will move another unit up, to 2 ft above sea level

If you remove the float, the ship will move down one unit, to 1 ft above sea level

Answer:

If you remove both anchors and the float, the ship will move up one unit, to 1 ft above sea level
