Diameter is 70m

Thus radius = half of diameter= 70/2 = 35meters

Angle of rotation (teta) = 280 degrees

The distance covered will be


\begin{gathered} \text{Distance = }(\theta)/(360^0)*2*\pi* r \\ =\text{ }(280)/(360)*2*3.142*35 \\ =(61583.2)/(360) \\ =171.06\text{ meters} \end{gathered}

The runner has traveled 171.06 meters
