The formula for the slpe of line passes through point (x_1,y_1) and (x_2,y_2) is,

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Determine the slope of line passes through the points.

\begin{gathered} m=(1-10)/(3-10) \\ =(-9)/(-7) \\ =(9)/(7) \end{gathered}

So answer is 9/7.
