For percentage multiplying with 100 then,


H(t)=(0.95)/(1+350e^(-0.125x))*100

The graph of the model is,

So, from the it is clearly seen that at age of 48 the CHD is 50%.

Hence, at age 48 the likelihood of CHDequals 50%.
