The length (L) and breadth (B) of the rectangle is given as,

\begin{gathered} L=5.4*10^5 \\ B=275000 \end{gathered}

The perimeter (P) of a rectangle is given by,

P=2(L+B)

Substitute the values,

P=2\mleft\lbrace(5.4*10^5)+275000\mright\rbrace

Simplify the expression,

\begin{gathered} P=2\lbrace(5.4*10^5)+(2.75*10^5)\rbrace \\ P=2\lbrace(5.4+2.75)*10^5\rbrace \\ P=2\lbrace(8.15)*10^5\rbrace \\ P=16.3*10^5 \\ P=1.63*10^6 \end{gathered}

Thus, the perimeter of the given triangle is obtained as,

1.63*10^6\text{ meters}
