Given:

16(3(1)/(2))+16(2(1)/(4))+16(5(3)/(4))+16(4(1)/(2))

To evaluate:

First, rewrite the expression so that it has one multiplication.

16(3(1)/(2))+16(2(1)/(4))+16(5(3)/(4))+16(4(1)/(2))=16*\lbrack3(1)/(2)+2(1)/(4)+5(3)/(4)+4(1)/(2)\rbrack

Evaluating the above expression we get,

\begin{gathered} 16*\lbrack3(1)/(2)+2(1)/(4)+5(3)/(4)+4(1)/(2)\rbrack=16*\lbrack(7)/(2)+(9)/(4)+(23)/(4)+(9)/(2)\rbrack \\ =16*\lbrack(16)/(2)+(32)/(4)\rbrack \\ =16*(8+8) \\ =16*16 \\ =256 \end{gathered}

Hence, the answer is 256.
