The momentum is given by:

p=mv

Then the momentum of the car is:

\begin{gathered} p=(1420)(1) \\ p=1420 \end{gathered}

If the biker has the same momentum then:

\begin{gathered} 1420=(114)v \\ v=(1420)/(114) \\ v=12.46 \end{gathered}

Therefore the velocity of the biker is 12.46 m/s (rounded to two decimals)
