The rule for a 90 counterclockwise rotation is


(x,y)\longrightarrow(-y,x)

From the given picture, we can see that the triangle has vertices at


\begin{gathered} (-3,-2) \\ (-5,-4) \\ (-1,-5) \end{gathered}

after applying the rule from above, we get


\begin{gathered} (-3,-2)\longrightarrow(2,-3) \\ (-5,-4)\longrightarrow(4,-5) \\ (-1,-5)\longrightarrow(5,-1) \end{gathered}
