Solution

Depending on the context of the Problem P(A and B) can mean different thing

TRUE

When We have a Mutually Exclusive Event

p(A\cap B)=0

When we have an Indepedent Event

p(A\cap B)=p(A)* p(B)

Hence, the P(A and B) depend on the context of the problem

This is TRUE
