The price of a stock is modeled by the polynomial g(0);

where t is time and g() is the price of the stock. This

polynomial has a leading coefficient of 3 and the

following roots: -1, 1, and 2. (3 points)

a. Write g(1) in factored form.

we have that

the polynomial is equal to

g(t)=3(t+1)(t-1)(t-2)

g(1)=0 ------> because t=1 is a root
