The vertices of △ABC are A(2, −3), B(−3, −5), and C(4, 1). For each translation,give the vertices of △A′B′C′.

A (2,-3)

B(-3,-5)

C(4, 1)

1. T (-2,3)

Add and subtract the new coordinates:

A′(2-2,-3+3) = (0,0)

B′(-3-2,-5+3)= (-5,-2)

C′(4-2,1+3) = (2,4)

2. T (-4,-1)

A′(2-4,-3-1) = (-2,-4)

B′(-3-4,-5-1)= (-7,-6)

C′(4-4,1-1) = (0,0)

3. T (4,6)

A′(2+4,-3+6) = (6,3)

B′(-3+4,-5+6)= (1,1)

C′(4+4,1+6) = (8,7)
