Remember that

z =(x - μ)/σ

where

μ=509

σ=121

so

Find out the value of Z for x=200

Z =(200 - 509)/121

Z=-2.5537

Find out the value of Z for x=450

Z=(450-509)/121

Z=-0.4876

Using a Z-scores table values

we have that

P(200
