Multiply the coordinates of vertices H by 0.5 to obtain the vertice of image.

\begin{gathered} (x^(\prime)_1,y^(\prime)_1)=(0.5\cdot2,1\cdot0.5) \\ =(1,0.5) \end{gathered}

Multiply the coordinates of vertices G (10,1) by 0.5 to obtain the vertice of image.
