Okey, here we have this:

2a^3b+9a^2bc^2

Here we obtain that the degree of the polynomial is the highest of the degrees of monomials, so in the first the degree is 3(degree of a)+1(degree of b)=4, and the degree in the second is 2+1+2=5 so as the highest degree is 5, this is the degree of the polynomial, and this polynomial is a binomial because have two terms. So finally we obtain that the correct answers are option B and E.
