The value of function at x = -1 is,


\begin{gathered} \text{For x=-1,} \\ f(x)=y=2,\text{ if x}\leq0 \\ f(-1)=2 \end{gathered}

And,


\begin{gathered} \text{For x=1,} \\ f(x)=y=9,\text{ if x>0} \\ f(1)=9 \end{gathered}

Answer:
