The percent of the budget that is destined for sales is 19%, the percent for support is 28% and the percent for editorial is 3%. All together, they represent the 50% of the total budget. That 50% is equivalent to $62,500,000, to find the total annual budget divide this amount by the percent that it represents (in decimal form which is 0.5):


(62500000)/(0.5)=125000000

The total annual budget is $125,000,000.
