3c + b^2 : 27a - d

Replace

c with 5

b with 9

a with 1/3

d with 10

And solve:

3 (5) + 9^2 : 27(1/3) - 10

Use PEMDAS to solve in order.

First exponents:

3 (5) + 81 : 27 (1/3) -10

Then multiplications and divisions:

15 + 81 : 9 -10

15+ 9-10

Then add and subtract

14
