We have two expressions and we have to compare them.

We don't need to calculate the exact value of each expression. We can left them as products of 250.

Then, expression A is already 5/6 of 250.

We can rearrange expression B as:

\begin{gathered} B=((1)/(3)\cdot250)+((1)/(2)\cdot250) \\ B=((1)/(3)+(1)/(2))\cdot250 \\ B=(2+3)/(3\cdot2)\cdot250 \\ B=(5)/(6)\cdot250 \end{gathered}

Expression B is also 5/6 of 250, so the two expressions are equal.

Answer: expression A is equal to expression B.
