Since the given equation is

y=(5)/(3)x-9

We will choose 2 values for x and find their corresponding values of y, then use them to draw the line

Let x = 0

\begin{gathered} y=(5)/(3)(0)-9 \\ y=0-9 \\ y=-9 \end{gathered}

The 1st point is (0, -9)

Let x = 3

\begin{gathered} y=(5)/(3)(3)-9_{} \\ y=5-9 \\ y=-4 \end{gathered}

The 2nd point is (3, -4)

Now let us plot then

(0, -9) it will be on the y-axis

The 2nd point is on x = 3 and y = -4
