What ate the coordinates of A' and B' when AB is reflected in the x-axis?

The rule of reflection over the x-axis is:


(x,y)\rightarrow(x,-y)

as shown in the figure:

The coordinates of point A = ( 2, 5 )

the coordinates of point B = (6, 3)

Apply the rule to the given points:

So,

A' = ( 2, -5)

B' = ( 6, -3)

So, the answer is option B
