we have the next squared binomial

(m+4)^2

we have the next formula in order to expand a squared binomial

(a+b)^2=a^2+2ab+b^2

So we can expand

(m+4)^2=m^2+2(4)(m)+4^2=m^2+8m+16

so the correct answer is the first one
