Then, the inverse of the logic statement will be

~p is " a figure is not a triangle"

~q is " a figure is not a polygon"

Now combining both of the statement together, it will be

If a figure is not a triangle, then it is not a polygon. Which is a false statement.

Therefore, the correct option is Option 4.
