C. 210 sq cm.

13 + 12 + 5 = 30 (length)
30 • 5 = 150 sq cm (the total area of the long rectangles across)

12 • 5 = 60 sq cm
(no need to divide by 2 even if they are triangles because there are two on either side so they would cancel out)

150 + 60 = 210 sq cm.
