Let's simplify the following expression:

\text{ -4ab - 6b}^2\text{ : a = -3 and b = -4}

We get,

\text{ -4ab - 6b}^2
\text{ = -4(-3)(-4) - 6(-4)}^2
\text{ = -4(12) - 6(16)}
\text{ = -48 - 9}6
\text{ = -}144

The answer is -144
