In order to solve this inequality, let's put all terms with x on the same side of the inequality, add the like terms and divide both sides by the coefficient of x.

So we have:


\begin{gathered} 19x-9\ge-1+6x \\ 19x-6x\ge-1+9 \\ 13x\ge8 \\ x\ge(8)/(13) \end{gathered}

Therefore the solution is x >= 8/13
