From the figure,

RG=RH+HG

So,

$\begin{gathered} 8y-8=2y-3+4y+3 \\ 8y-2y-4y=-3+3+8 \\ 2y=8 \\ y=4 \end{gathered}$

Therefore,

$\begin{gathered} RH=2*4-3=5 \\ \\ HG=4*4+3=19 \end{gathered}$
