Given data:

((3)/(4)+(1)/(3))/((2)/(3)+(1)/(6))

Solving the above we get,

First take the LCM of the numerator and also for denominator

\begin{gathered} (3)/(4)+(1)/(3)=(9+4)/(12) \\ =(13)/(12) \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} (2)/(3)+(1)/(6)=(4+1)/(6) \\ =(5)/(6) \end{gathered}

Now, divide the terms

\begin{gathered} ((13)/(12))/((5)/(6))=(13)/(12)*(6)/(5) \\ =(13)/(10) \end{gathered}

The answer for the question is 13/10.
