Every ordered pair has the form (x, f(x)). So, we need to replace the value of x for every ordered pair and compare with the value of f(x) as:

For (4, -4)

f(x) = (1/2)*4 - 8

f(x) = 2 - 8 = -6

Since -6 is different of -4, the ordered pair (4, -4) is not a solution.

For (2, -7)

f(x) = (1/2)*2 - 8

f(x) = 1 - 8 = -7

So, (2, -7) is a solution.

For (10, 3)

f(x) = (1/2)*10 - 8

f(x) = 5 - 8 = -3

The ordered pair (10, 3) is not a solution.

For (-6, 11)

f(x) = (1/2)*(-6) - 8

f(x) = -3 - 8 = -11

The ordered pair (-6, 11) is not a solution.

Answer: (2, -7)
