-4(-3p+6)-5p=10p

-12p-24-5p=10p

-17p+24-10p

-17p+24-24=10p-24

-17p=10p-24

-17p-10p=10p-24-10p

-27p=-24 (since negative and negative equal positive, p is positive)

p=24/27

p=8/9 (final answer)
