First, we have to find the slope

m=\frac{y2-y1}{x2\text{ - }x1}=\frac{6-6}{8\text{ - }3}=(0)/(5)=0

It is an horizontal line

Point-slope form= = y - 6 = 0 (x - 3)

Slope-intercept = y=mx + b,

let's find b

\begin{gathered} 6=0(3)+b \\ 6=0+b \\ b=6 \end{gathered}

y = 0x + 6

y = 6
