Three vertices of a rectangle are located at (1, 4), (1, 8), and (4,4),

The figure is shown below:

From (1, 4) to (4, 4) there are 4 - 1 = 3 units.

From (1, 4) to (1, 8) there are 8 -4 = 4 units

The fourth point must be located at (4, 8):
