1) Since we have a triangle BCD reflected over y=-2 we can write after visualizing on the Cartesian plane, and then counting

2) From each point, let's

Since y=-2 is a horizontal line, and point B and C are over that line 5 units up, then let's bring it down B' and C' 5 units down y=-2. Similarly to point A which is located 7 units above y=-2, let's bring it down 7 units below the line y=-2
