Explanation:

The axis of symmetry is the x value of a line that can be drawn to separate the shape into two identical halves. In this case, that line has been drawn for you (the dashed line). x is 2 where that line is drawn, so the axis of symmetry is 2.

An x-intercept is a point where the line crosses the x-axis. This happens twice in the parabola, at (1,0) and (3,0). The x values of those ordered pairs are 1 and 3.

A y-intercept is a point where the line crosses the y-axis. Here this happens at (0, 3). The y value in the ordered pair is 3.

The vertex is the highest or lowest point in a parabola. The lowest point here is at (2, -1)

And for the multiple-choice question, the function decreases until x is two, but y can be anything. The first answer is an ordered pair with x as 2 and infinite possibilities for y, so that is your answer.
