The domain of this relation or the possible values of x in this relation is from negative infinity to positive infinity (-∞, ∞).

The range of this relation is from -1 to infinity [-1, ∞). As we can see in the graph, the vertex of the parabola is at the minimum point located at (-3, -1). Therefore, the possible value of y starts from -1 and runs to infinity.
