For this question you have to consider that the probability for something happening is the number of favorable cases over the total possible cases, in this problem


\begin{gathered} P(\text{cherry) = 115/360} \\ P(\text{apple) = 127/360} \\ P(\text{blueberry) = 118/360} \end{gathered}

Then the aprox amount of cherry jelly beans is P(cherry)*18 which is aprox equal to 6.
