We want to find the graph that corresponds to our system of inequalities below

\begin{gathered} 2x<24 \\ x-6>13 \end{gathered}

To solve this system of inequalties, we can divide the first one by 2 on both sides

\begin{gathered} 2x<24 \\ (2x)/(2)<(24)/(2) \\ x<12 \end{gathered}

And add 6 to both sides of the second inequality

\begin{gathered} x-6+6>13+6 \\ x>19 \end{gathered}

Our system of inequalities is

\begin{gathered} x<12 \\ or \\ x>19 \end{gathered}

The graph that correspond to thsi system of inequalities is the graph B.
