The equation is given

y=(2)/(3)x-5

Compare the equation given with the general equation

y=mx+c

So the slope of the equation is

m=(2)/(3)

And for y-intercept susbtitute x=0.

y=-5

Hence the slope is 2/3 and y -intercept is -5.

The graph of the line is
