We have an angle a=132° 6', and we have to express it in degrees.

That is converting the minutes (6') into degrees.

We know that 60' is equivalent to one degree:

6\text{'}\cdot\frac{1\degree}{60\text{'}}=0.1\degree

Then, tha angle expressed in degrees is:

a=132\degree+0.1\degree=132.1\degree

The angle has a value of 132.1°
