Fraction

multiply the bottom of the fraction to make it 10, or 100, or 1000, etc

multiply both numerator and denominator by that number

putting the decimal point from the right

\tt (1)/(8)* (125)/(125)=(125)/(1000)=0.125(3~spaces~from~right~\rightarrow 1000\:has~3~zeros)
