To make a graph of this linear equation, the best way to find the coordinates is when x = 0 and y = 0.

1st coordinates, when x = 0

3\text{x+ y =6}
3(0)\text{ + y = 6}
y\text{ = 6 }

1st coordinates: (0,6)

2nd coordinates, when y = 0

3\text{x + 0 = 6}
3\text{x = 6}
\text{ x = 2}

2nd coordinates: (2,0)

Let's now plot the graph using (0.6) and (2,0),
