In the figure, we have two tangents that intersect with the radii of the circle. This makes angles at C and B right angles (90 degrees).

To find angle at O, we employ the angle at centre is 2ce that subtended at circumference making angle at O = 2 x 65 = 130 degrees.

Now we have Quadilateral ABOC and we know that the total angles in a quadrilateral are 360 degrees.

Therefore angle at A = 360 - (90 + 90 + 130)

Angle A = 360 - 310 = 50 degrees

Therefore, angle CAB = 50 degrees
