4x+2y=6

First, solve for y:

2y= 6-4x

y= (6-4x) /2

y= -2x+3

Slope intercept form:

y=mx +b

Where:

m= slope

b= y-intercept

The number next to the variable x is the slope (-2)

The other number is the y-intercept (b=3)

slope = -2

y-intercept = 3
