Given the equation of the function:

A) we will graph the function for:


1\le t\le23

the graph of the function over the given interval will be as shown in the following figure:

the behavior of the graph on this interval is the function decreasing.

C) This model can be used for years before 1995 or after 2018

Because there are no critical points on the graph which indicate the function will be showings a decrease as time increase.
