C

1) Examining those pairs of ratios, and simplifying them we have:

\begin{gathered} a)\text{ }(9)/(12)=(3)/(4)\\e(5)/(8) \\ b)\text{ }(25)/(30)=(5)/(6)\\e(16)/(21) \\ c)\text{ }(6)/(27)=(2)/(9) \\ d)\text{ }(7)/(12)\\e(10)/(15)=(2)/(3) \end{gathered}

2) After simplifying we can see that 6/27 is equivalent to 2/9 after simplifying both by 3.

3) Hence, the answer is c)
