Given

m: mass

m = 15kg

F = 10N, constant velocity

Procedure

In the first scenario, the velocity is constant so the acceleration of the block is 0.

\begin{gathered} F-F_f=0 \\ F-\mu_kN=0 \\ F_f=10N \end{gathered}

Knowing the friction force we will calculate the force needed to move the block 5 m/s^2

\begin{gathered} F-F_f=ma \\ F=F_f+ma \\ F=10N+15\operatorname{kg}\cdot5m/s^2 \\ F=85N \end{gathered}

The force required to produce an acceleration of 5 m/s2 is 85N
