given the function:

f(r)=-(5)/(9)r+4

we can find the y-intercept by evaluating 0 on the function:

\begin{gathered} f(0)=-(5)/(9)(0)+4=4 \\ f(0)=4 \end{gathered}

but we also know that for h(r), h(0) = 6.

Therefore, the function h(r) has greater y-intercept
