We have,


-20t>-80

Divide both sides by -20 and change the sign of inequality because inequality is divided by a negative number.


(-20t)/(-20)<(-80)/(-20)


t<4

Therefore, the solution for the given inequality is
t<4.

All the value less than 4 are in the solution set. It means all the values on the left side of 4 are in the solution set.

Since 4 is not included in the solution set, therefore there is an open circle at 4.
