if the equation has the two numbers like that witch one would I use to solve the problem or would I do -10 + 30 and use that number to do 0+30 kinda like that

SOLUTION

When x = 0, y is


\begin{gathered} y=-10(0)+30 \\ y=0+30 \\ y=30 \end{gathered}

When x = 1, y is


\begin{gathered} y=-10(1)+30 \\ y=-10+30 \\ y=20 \end{gathered}

When x = 3, y is


\begin{gathered} y=-10(3)+30 \\ y=-30+30 \\ y=0 \end{gathered}

So the table is shown below
