(3)/(4)y-2x=6

To graph the line, we need two points lying on the line

We will graph the line with the help of the intercepts

when x = 0


\begin{gathered} (3)/(4)y=6 \\ y=(4\cdot6)/(3)=(24)/(3)=8 \end{gathered}

so, the y-intercept = (0, 8)

When y = 0


\begin{gathered} -2x=6 \\ x=(6)/(-2)=-3 \end{gathered}

So, the x-intercept = (-3, 0)

The line passes through the points (-3, 0) and (0, 8)
