We have that the point B is (10,10) and the point B' is (5,5).

Now, using the general rule for dilations:

D_k(x,y)=(kx,ky)

where k is the scale factor.

Then, we have the following:

\begin{gathered} D_k(10,10)=(10k,10k)^{}=(5,5) \\ \Rightarrow10k=5 \\ \Rightarrow k=(5)/(10)=(1)/(2) \\ k=(1)/(2) \end{gathered}

therefore, the rule to represent the dilation on the crewmate is:

\begin{gathered} D_{(1)/(2)}(,y)=((1)/(2)x,(1)/(2)y) \\ (x,y)\rightarrow((1)/(2)x,(1)/(2)y) \end{gathered}
